Seven Day Loan by Tiffany Reisz

5.0

As the first installment in the Original Sinners series (a novella: #0.5), this isn't a romance, at least not in the blatant conventional way. But it is erotic to be sure. Eleanor's unorthodox situation and the references to her master insinuate a profundity and soul-reaching sentiment that isn't fully grasped until the end. To be honest, I hated the ending. Then I sat on it, let it simmer, and began to gain some perspective. THEN I read The Siren (book 1 in the series, comes after this), and now I completely get it. This ending is faultless, as is the series. This is a must read for erotica fans who appreciate the psychology behind BDSM.
