The Will of the Many by James Islington
4.5
adventurous mysterious tense medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Plot
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Took a bit of for the plot to start building in the story, but once it does you definitely can feel the tension as events piled on and mystery / unanswered questions being answer (slightly) and posed. While there are somewhat graphic violence / death, it's not overdone though can be hard to adjust (it's a somewhat dystopian / utopian world setting). Mostly plot-driven but the character component is also strong. All in all a great premise to a series (as there's at least a second book expected to be released next year).
