I am utterly obsessed with this story. Here I am, a 29 year old happily married woman, squealing and kicking my feet over the love story of teenagers. What is happening.
Lynn has such a BEAUTIFUL way of writing, it is so bingeable I have read both books of hers in one sitting each time. The characters are so compelling, and at times it’s easy to forget they are high schoolers but at the same time they act completely age appropriately for late teens. It’s totally refreshing.
The story itself is so sweet, and yet managed to handle a heavier topic (grief) in a mature way without pushing the book to be something it’s not. This was one of my fave romance books of the year for sure. This would make a FANTASTIC movie!
