I have mixed feelings about this book so I'm going to split this review into positives and negatives. 

Positives:
  • The artwork is absolutely stunning. Which isn't unexpected but every page is filled with beautiful artwork and also has various coloured pages too throughout. 
  • Mina is a loveable protagonist and very amusing to read from the perspective of. 
  • You can really see how this holds many of the building blocks for sailor moon and its enjoyable to see elements of what is to come. 

Negatives
  • I normally love a good monster of the week comic or show but it get's a little repitive when our protagonist doesn't seem to develop much over the course of the adventures. It's actually a little irritating at points, espically towards the end. 
  • The pacing is a little fast and it's hard to sit in moments or story beats. 
  • The Dark Agency while a very cool idea as the baddies it falls a little short by not having enough
