Recursion by Blake Crouch

4.75

I need to reread this, so good thing I bought my own copy of it.

Blake Crouch is a master of sci-fi, memory, and time (travel). I've read this and Dark Matter, and this one might edge out slightly. There is a lot happening, which is why I want to re-read it already.

Major spoiler, so don't read if you haven't read Recursion yet:
For instance, it took me a while to figure out that final travel and how he didn't meet Ann when he had met her 2 days before November 4 only to remember that's a new timeline and not the original. There's a lot to keep track of for sure!
