Such a short but gripping book that brings new light to the tale of Pygmalion and Galatea.

Growing up I have always thought their tale was the only one that ended happily, yet as many others before me have pointed out: men who want women to be perfect are asking for an impossible task that not even the gods can fulfill without the harrowing cost.
