Both funny and sad, this book really delivered on the emotions. Badass survivers unite in this book of overcoming your past and learning to trust after trauma. I really enjoyed how real the book was, in that the author didn't take artistic liberties that everything could be wrapped up in a neat little bow. Sometimes things are out of our control and accepting that is part of life. The characters face real life consequences and don't just get away with things because they're the untouchable mains.
