I didn’t know I have a thing for cowboys. But I guess I do. Jackson was just a sweetheart all around and his southern drawl made me chuckle quite a few times. Probably my second favourite book of the series after Tank. Because I don’t read synopses much and not at all when I continue a series, I was surprised what the plot was about. I expected Jackson to be the ‘straight’ guy because it was laid out like that in the previous books, but oh well, it was an unintentional plot twist right at the beginning of the book, and I wasn’t mad.
