Great book if you pick up something at the farmers' market and don't know what to do with it, this book focuses on seasonal food and mostly includes simple and good-sounding recipes. I will use this book in my kitchen very soon. The one weakness (as with most seasonal eating books) is that I would love to see some filling recipes for spring, lighter recipes for winter, etc. I need help expanding my seasonal eating!
