Copper Creek by Cate Ashwood

I really enjoyed this book, we first met Frankie in the first book, as Holden’s best friend and Holden’s father’s executive assistant, since the arrest of his boss Frankie has been suffering, unable to find work, almost homeless. A lifeline comes in the offer of organising Holden and Gage’s wedding, so despite his protests and misgivings he flies to Alaska, where he meets Barrett, the owner of the local brewery who is in desperate need of Frankie’s organisational skills. Barrett has never seen anyone like Frankie and to read about the flirtatious dance that these two do, to get to their HEA was most of the fun.
This is a series that gets better and better with each book. The characters in this books are many sided and shows that opposites do attract. It is well written and worth reading but I would encourage reading in order to get the full benefit of the world that encompasses Sawyer’s Ferry as characters from each of the books makes appearances.
