Thank you to TLC book tours for providing me with a copy for my review.

This graphic novel had me hooked from the cover alone. The title and cover art made me immediately question the implications. From the first page, I was intrigued by the peculiar lives the characters seem to live. Constantly surveilled and classified, it seems the members of this community are being forced to conform to the strict rules imposed on them for fear of losing everything.

The art is perfect for this type of story. Despite having to act happy at all times, the characters' body languages are impressively well executed. The mysteries are compelling, the characters are complex and the writing is subliminal. I've been recommending this book to all my friends! I'm looking forward to reading the sequels.
