The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business
by Charles Duhigg
book description "As Charles Duhigg shows, by harnessing this new science, we can transform our businesses, our communities, and our lives."
I thought this would be a "breakthrough" book about habits. Unfortunately, there is nothing "new" nor exciting here. This habit changing information has been shared by many, many motivational speakers in the past (ie. Zig Ziggler, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn...).
The book moreover shares marketing ploys than focusing on changing habits.
If you don't know how companies entice/trick you into buying something, or you have no idea why you just bought that Cinnabon at the mall, it's a good read.
