Pretty good overall, tense and a twist I half expected but not in the way it unfolded, which was a nice surprise.
The writing style was a little weird and the descriptions of the main character’s thoughts and actions felt very much like they were written by a middle-aged white man which threw me off and took me out of the narrative a lot.
But overall pretty decent and a quick fast-paced read that, despite the weird writing style, kept me coming back and wanting to find out more as the twisted story unfolded.
