Gave me goosebumps while reading!
I love the sexual tension between Bryce and Marj but it is also SO frustrating how they keep doing this "I am not good enough to love you, but still keep coming back to seduce you"
These series of books has a lot more of a mystery/suspense theme to it and I LOVE THAT.
In this book Bryce is trying to come to terms with how terrible of a man his father was and also with hurting Marj. Bryce wants to keep acting like he doesn't want a relationship, which to me, is SO frustrating because Marj obviously makes him happy in a rough time. Usually every character has had some past issues that usually results in talking to Melanie (Joes wife and therapist) To my surprise Marj is self harming which I never would have expected but lies about it to everyone even Bryce and Melanie. Marj is wanting to move on so she meets this mystery guy at the gym, whos new in town (I have my hunch on who it is) But eventually Bryce admits that he loves Marj and they decide to be in a "relationship" together. In this book there is a lot of discoveries made by Colin and the secrets he caries about his dad, as well as diamonds that Tom stole from his wife that could make Bryce and his mother rich. Then Marjs mom goes missing and it all slowly goes crumbling down.
THEN HELEN HITS US WITH THE WORST CLIFFHANGER EVER. But im so excited for the next book that comes out this January! Will probably this one in one day again too!
