The Fear of Winter by S.C. Sterling

4.0

The Fear of Winter is a fast-paced crime thriller. We follow Tom, whose daughter is missing, and Marshall and Hannah, the private investigators Tom hired to find out what happened to her.

This book reads like an action movie. It kept me turning the pages to find out what was going to happen. The main characters were realistic and I felt for all of them as they were each dealing with something difficult in their lives. As they each work on trying to find out what happened to Megan, secrets are uncovered along the way. There's plenty of suspense, action, and a bit of gore.

If you like books where it feels like you're reading an action crime movie, then you will probably like this one.

Thank you to S.C. Sterling for a copy of this book I exchange for an honest review.
