Of the series, this is the one that haunts me in the best of ways. There's a particular passage towards the very end of the series that I think about often, largely for the yearning I experience by proxy. I would also say this is probably one of the ones that has better pacing compared to others in the series. I definitely want to see more of Antsy in the future!
Graphic: Death of parent and Gaslighting
Moderate: Child abuse
Minor: Sexual harassment and Pedophilia
The author's note puts it best: "Themes of grooming and adult gaslighting are present in the early text. As a survivor of something very similar, I would not want to be surprised by these elements where I did not expect them. I just want to offer you this reassurance: Antsy runs. Before anything can actually happen, Antsy runs."
