Kings of London by William Shaw

4.0

This is the second in a series and I will first say that
you should not read it before reading #1 ("She's
Leaving Home") because there are definite references
to what happened there in this book.
I do like this author's style of writing and the plot
is good, and he manages to get a ton of character
development in his story line. Also I am fond of
the interaction of the two main protagonists
Breen and Tozer.
However, the narration is a bit on the melancholy
side and I thought the ending was a little bit
chaotic and somewhat of a downer. Things
get resolved but it just did not seem like much
of a happy ending.
It is recommended though if indeed you read
#1 and like it.
