Quite weird, as is to be expected with Douglas Adams. Would definitely need to re-read or look up a summary to fully understand how all the plot threads connect. But it is a fun read and I'm interested to read the sequel.

The alien ghost appears quite abruptly at the end, and I feel Gordon's story wasn't resolved in a satisfying way
