Very ‘of its time’ in regards to the language used to describe race and with its male characters attraction to quite young girls… if you can bare that in mind the prose is at times fantastic but I don’t think I fully understand the story/meaning/characters. Maybe one that will be more significant in reflection or maybe just weird?
