You really have to pay attention to the details in the illustrations to get the full humor. Which means that you should probably read this book many times to fully enjoy it. I had a hard time deciding whether this book was lighthearted or dark. It's lighthearted in a childish way, but a wolf in sheep's clothing is a dark theme. Predator vs. prey is dark, but this is a lightened perspective. There is no right answer...
