Loved the writing, hated the main character. Pretentious with a god complex isn’t a great combo.. her cruelty truly took away from my enjoyment of the book/concept of the story especially surrounding Eddie from Tesco. Takes me back to the soft grunge blog days of 2010’s tumblr in a bad way. The Lana Del Rey girlies would have eaten this up had it existed back then for sure.
