The Chemist by Stephenie Meyer

5.0

At first, I had small trouble of knowing what job that the she has. Is she an agent? A doctor? And what is her name? As the story is building, I got a grip and falls through flawlessly into the story.

It is heart thumping from the very beginning when she had to drive around for hours just to get home because she is afraid of being followed and murdered.

Some parts are kinda draggy but I love the action part and ship her and Daniel! They are so adorable together. But Daniel's twin is a narcissist. He strive to better and perfect, exprect compliments and self-centered.

Along the way of their mission, some unexpected events turn up. It is a good plot twist! My favourite scene is when the Bat Cave is under attack. How insanely well trained the dog are especially Einstein!

This book is beyond doubt needed to be adapted as a movie. I would really love to watch it. Not sure why there is so many harsh reviews here though. I don't think the storyline is generic. I just love it!
