A pretty run of the mill thriller, but it reads far better than The Coworker, which was my last Frieda read. I still don’t like her writing style very much, but this one seemed better edited. I think her first person POV sometimes just feels too overnarrated, almost like a stream of consciousness, when I don’t need every thought that enters the characters mind. As far as overall plot, I didn’t predict the twist, but it didn’t blow my mind.  Just a quick easy read if you’re looking for a thriller.
