Wow. The main character sucks. Right from the beginning I could tell he was off and he just kept unwinding as the book went on. No wonder his son is messed up. His father is okay with striking fear into peoples hearts and committing violence to make a point. I am surprised he wasn’t in jail at some point. Same with his wife. Two really fucked up parents.
No one deserves to be abused or killed for being homeless. What their son did was wrong. I wish Serge got his way and outed the truth to the public. People should be held accountable for their actions.
