The Monogram Murders by Agatha Christie, Sophie Hannah
5.0
Wanted to try the Sophie Hannah Poirot series for a while and so glad I did!
This book was fantastic. Quick pace. Easy & understandable language (sometimes I struggle with Christie herself) and a FABULOUS plot! I stayed up last the last night as I had to know the ending!
There are those saying it’s not Agatha Christie, and no it’s not. But either read one of Christie’s own works or enjoy a fresh take on a beloved character! It’s all how you look at it.
Very excited for Closed Casket next!
P.S. does anyone else read Poirots lines in their head in a Belgian accent or just me
