Did not finish book. Stopped at 37%.
If you like world-building, then this book is for you. If you like anything else besides that, then this book is terrible. I didn't even get through chapter 7, because nothing has happened. It was all world-building.
I might have kept going if I liked any of the characters, but they all sucked. This book is split between 2 different people's perspectives. Han is a guy that for some reason knows absolutely nothing, even though he was part of a gang? Like you would think he would know something, for being on the streets, but nope. Then you have Raisa. She is just awful. She both has a flat personality, but at the same time this weird high and mightly; I am better than you, but not really attitude going on. And none of the side characters were really interesting either.
