Alison, what can I say besides I love you?

This book really confirms my new favorite book genre: the grief rom-com and this book is the perfect example. I cried for the last section, but I also laughed and cried in a happy way. This book has a happy ending even in death and handles the difficulties of death in a perfect way.

The romance in this book is one of my absolute favorite tropes, childhood friends to enemies to lovers, and it was perfect here with the lesbian panic at spin the bottle and a misunderstanding at age eleven that the characters had to deal with all these years later.

The MCs also had to deal with their underlying childhood trauma and their respective ADHDs and how both things impacted them.

I have literally zero criticisms of this book and I will be touting its amazingness to everyone ever!
