So, I started with the first one in the series and really liked it, the second one was even better and now that 'An Unsuitable Heir' was finally officially available, I devoured this one, too. It was a good conclusion to the series and really satisfying to see how everything from the first two novels tied in with this one.
When it comes to the character of Pen and the romantic part of the novel it's quite an unusual story for me. I think I never read about a person like Pen, so I have to admit it was not easy to understand his feelings and actions but KJ Charles did a good job explaining it which helped me to understand better.
