Did not finish book. Stopped at 47%.
This book made me want to walk into traffic. 
I didn’t go into the book blind i’m aware of Ryle being and abusive piece of shit. I just think Lilly could do better on both fronts it’s like she’s picking the best of two evils. The abusive neurosurgeon or the formerly homeless guy who she had a relation ship with when she was 15 and he was 18. I also just think Lilys kinda annoying and I hate that a major device to move the plot forward are “letters” Elen degeneras that were never sent
