Leviathan Wakes by James S.A. Corey
4.0
A 4-4.5 stars.
With me being busy and tired most of the time, I took a hella long time to finish this book.
I did not expect a zombie virus in this book but the horror did not disappoint. The plot was very exciting and hooked me in from the beginning. I loved the world and the sci-fi was plausible without being over-the-top.
The characters were all okay(Holden chapters were what hooked me in) but I didn’t root for anyone specific. Got tired of the Julie obsession by the end. The only reason for the 4 star rating is me. I extended this over so many days that the plot lost it’s charm by the end.
Overall, a very fast paced and an action packed book that scratches your space thriller itch.
