It was okay. I get the general thesis and think I agree with it, but RSF comes across as out of touch. E.g., he points out how ridiculous it is that Tillerson asks state department employees what they can stop doing, as if this is ludicrous, and yet that's a standard question part of any consulting repertoire. It's indicative that Rex was doing the right thing, and the state department was out of touch, rather than the other way around as implied here. There are other similar instances throughout that clutter the otherwise-decent argument.
