The writing style absolutely destroyed me. It took everything in me to finish this book, especially because the last third was told through the perspective of the crowd. It's like being in the heads of the most toxic people you know. I really thought this was going to be a funny lighthearted book and it was not. Definitely pay attention to the content warnings.
