I just can't. Generally I enjoyed the series, especially the first book. The problem is in this book the author has too much of the stuff I don't like and little of the stuff I do. The wordiness is out of control. Every sentence is some thing like"He started to speak, turned his head, and changed his mind." Just say he didn't say anything. Also all the technical descriptions of things really lost me. I can't mentally picture things, if you say a 90 degree angle I'll just keep reading & hope it's not important because my mind is blank. In the beginning of the series the descriptions felt necessary because you're world building. At this point we get it, we know it. The books should be getting shorter not longer! 500 pages?! No thank you! Loved this author, glad people opposite of me enjoy her books. It's time for me to say goodbye to this series.
