"We were driving to my grandfather's funeral when my dad told me he loved me for the first and only time. I was looking out the window when I heard him say 'I love you son' and without looking back at him I said 'love you too' leaving out the 'i' and without looking back at him. As if that would be too much. Now when I close my eyes and try to picture his face, all I see is blue sky through the window of a moving car"
I didn't expect this to be as emotional as it is. A very beautiful book of story comics, always of an inanimate object, or the back of people. Focusing on the little things of a person.
Showing a slice of life from anyone and everyone
