The Inner Game of Tennis: The Classic Guide to the Mental Side of Peak Performance
by W. Timothy Gallwey
As a former tennis player, I can attest to many of the lessons put forth. Even so, without tennis, the analogy is understandable and thought-provoking. There's a freedom in recognizing context is what determines our attitude toward many events, and to get past that allows us to control more of what we can to learn. This is a fantastic short book that anyone should read repeatedly to remind themselves to center.
