This book has all the trigger warnings, so be prepared 🙃 This story was a heavy one (almost unnecessarily at times?), but I really enjoyed the way that the mystery of the crime played out and how it bounced back and forth between the real-time events of the crime and the post-released podcast episodes that add more color to the story with family and friend interviews. The plot had me strung along trying to figure out what wild thing could possibly happen next and it just kept delivering - all the way to the last page! That ending had me like 🙃👀🔍. Josie might be the most terrifying character that I have ever read, but I was still so hooked wanting to unravel more of her story. But again - take the trigger warnings seriously!
