All the Colors of the Dark
by Chris Whitaker
“To love and be loved was more than could ever be expected, more than enough for a thousand ordinary life times.”
Oh my god. I wish I could give this a million stars. What an incredible book. On the surface it’s just another thriller, darker maybe than most, but following the same patterns. But then you actually read it.
This book is an amazing, honest look at the shades of grey that define our black and white justice system. Is there such a thing as an action being wholly right or wholly wrong? What are just consequences?
I also loved the mirroring of these moral imperatives through the lens of abortion. In an issue so many view as plainly evil, the author explores justice, freedom, and the choices that make us who we are.
Please read this book.
