How I Live Now
by Meg Rosoff
The first time I read this book, I was twelve. It was in my English teacher's classroom library, and I think she failed to understand the content of the most of the books in said library. Most of the books were twisted like this one, and had deep meanings and serious themes. I spent most of my seventh grade year confused and thinking a lot more psychological than I believe was intended. This book I know for a fact gave me at least one nightmare. Recently I reread this book, and a couple of others that I read when I was twelve, and I liked it. I understood and comprehended a lot more, and thought it super twisted and and kind of magnificent.
