I was fascinated by the premise of this book, but it actually turned out to be less exciting than I thought it would be. There was a lot of technical jargon. I feel for neuroscientists and neurologists everywhere (although, of course, to them this would be much easier to absorb). Seriously speaking, though, it was still very interesting overall to learn about what contributes to being a psychopath and to see how someone who doesn't identify as one looks at his life experiences through a different lens after realizing he is genetically predisposed to be one. As someone the author would probably think of as "boring," some of the experiences he describes in the book definitely raised some red flags, but it's interesting to see how to the author, it's hard to see there's anything wrong with what he's doing.
