Daphne is so wonderful! She’s smart, strong, brave and kind. Honestly, I loved how her mind works! And I loved how self-confident she is despite her awful relationship with her relatives. Even more, she’s not afraid to stand up for herself and can be quite the badass when needed. And her job in the Secret Archive is just so awesome! Daphne is so amazing and I loved that curvy woman so much!

Fraser MacDonald is one grumpy and growly male. But there is more to him than meets the eye. He might be dangerous and lethal, but Fraser is also fiercely protective, honorable and so devoted and loyal to his clan. And all that delicious dominance and possessiveness… I adored every single thing about this smoking-hot Scottish Werewolf!
I loved everything that happened between Daphne and Fraser! They need to work together and pretend to be mates to find a dangerous artifact threatening Frasers’s clan and the fragile peace they’re trying to maintain with another pack. From the moment they met, their attraction was undeniable and their chemistry was fantastic! But Fraser being burned once was so resistant to the pull. I loved Daphne for proving to him time and time again what a magnificent male he truly is and that the right woman will accept him exactly as he is - beast and all. And I loved Fraser for standing up to her relatives when they were mocking her. Those two were amazing together and quite the badass team. And when they finally gave in to their need for one another, the passionate moments they shared were off-the-charts hot. Three words for ya - full moon frenzy! SO HOT! Fraser and Daphne were so perfect for each other and, with everything they’ve been through, they more than deserved to find acceptance, happiness and love with each other.
In addition, the storyline was phenomenal! Magical artifacts, secret societies, suspense, a large variety of paranormal creatures - I was glued to the pages till the very end. And clan MacDonald completely won my heart - I loved every single one of them!
Overall, the story is a marvellous start of the series! It’s filled with non-stop action, danger, mysteries, suspense, magical artifacts, twists, violence, humor, blazing hot romance and spectacular characters!
I absolutely loved it!
