The Many Deaths of Laila Starr
by Ram V
Short but sweet
Both an apt review for this collected book and for life. Like Daytripper, one of my favorite books of all time, this deals in the heavy subject of humanity's mortality through the lens of a cycle. A cycle that is only complete with life, death and the lifetime in between. There's a lot to ponder after this but art like this is why I love it all - the ones that make us take a step back of our daily grind.
