Exhalation

3.5
Not as spectacular as I had hoped/expected, but definitely a beautiful reflection on morality, technology, and free will. There was something refreshing about the simplicity of language - maybe this is coming from me, finally freed from four years of undergrad. Loved the first and last stories the most. Not sure what that says about how I feel about reflections on free will..
Content warning for some really uncomfortable ableism in "The Lifecycle of Software Objects" and "Dacey's Patent Automatic Nanny"
