 Fell head over heels for this book. I always say that loving my cat has taught me more about love and patience, for others, him, myself, and the world around me, more than any other singular thing. This book really reflected that, how love and care for animals can translate into being a more present person in the world. These essays were so beautiful and this is absolutely a new favorite of mine. Also, days after finishing this, my girlfriend and I rescued a feral cat on their porch, very perfect timing. I love cats!
