Starlight Mates by G. Bailey

3.0

honestly, very indifferent to how this one went. I'm glad i read it because it was ok, but there are by far a lot of better books to read. Maybe i just wasn't in the mood for it, but it seemed so long and dragged out and pointless. There wasn't a great deal of character growth (the main female character was probably the most pathetic and boring character I've read about in a long time, and she doesn't change at all) and the love interests in this were insufferable. There was almost no chemistry between any of them, and the way that they were acting towards her was driving me insane. I love a bit of back and forth, i love it when characters don't instantly fall in love, but they were actively bullying her and abusing her, more or less just taking what they wanted without any regard for her allegedly being their "fated" partner... rubbed me the wrong way.

This just wasn't at all the book for me
