Of course Charles carries a pocket calculator on a date. Why were you even surprised?
I felt so horrible for Agatha reading through this case. I’ve read this series out of order so I knew what was coming at the end but it still seems so implausible. But I suppose almost everything in this series is implausible so at least it’s consistent.
I still think the worst decision Agatha ever made was to trash things between her and Jimmy. He literally seems like such a peach and they could have been great together. Not perfect, but I don’t think Agatha could have mesh perfectly with anyone.
I’m now fully caught up with the series and have to wait for the release of Devil’s Delight. I’ll be thrilled in continue.
