Good suspense here and there and interesting blend of possibilities of who done it, though slightly predictable (but that's just because I've seen way too mant crime shows). Setting description was also immersive. Besides that... writing was mid, at Best. I just couldn't get into the writing style. it was waaaay too cliche and way too unnecessary in some parts. Didn't really care about any of the characters. Even the main character didn't really make decisions that made sense. Explicit sexual description that felt unnecessary and out of place. wish there was a warning for it lol. Dialogue was probably the biggest downfall, didn't feel like real people talking. overall will never read again and probably will not read more of the authors work.
