I wish I had read this earlier in my life, and especially when my kids were babies. Full disclosure: this short "book" is a lot of information, and most of it would normally be over my head. However, the author has a way of making complex ideas/facts easy to understand. I kept pausing to tell my partner different things, which (for me) is always a sign of a good book. I listened to the audiobook, and it felt much more like a "TED Talk" than an actual book. The hardest part of this book will be applying it to myself, but I hope to be able to implement some of the information/ideas into the way I talk to (and about) my kiddos.
