i dont particularly like being told what to do and how to act, so those parts of the book irritated my naturally stubborn spirit but i do think the advice he gives is solid. the descriptions he gives of these toxic types are just… spot on. i could pin point example after example from my own life for so many of them. this book called me out too, which i need lol. 
last chapter about death is one i wanted to keep rereading.
