Nadine is sharp, guarded, and quietly going through it, while Wes is thoughtful, sweet, and totally not as smug as he seems. Their chemistry? Off the charts. The humor is dry, the rivalry is delicious, and the emotional growth sneaks up on you in all the best ways. Bonus points for Dot (the author), her chaotic energy, and her scene-stealing cats.
