I think this book is really great for those who may have trauma, work with people have trauma, or just want to aware. The author has a study guide on their site that helped. Not reading this alone may help if it feels like a lot. You will get something out of it even if it’s surface level like maybe you should try yoga. Which I’m honestly thinking about.
